Can you believe it has already been six model years after the Jeep Cherokee’s last redesign? The current design has been quite controversial since it was released years ago. Whether you like it or not, Jeep has learned from the past, and it really shows in the newly redesigned 2019 Jeep Cherokee. This news is unexpected, as we are not too far from the Detroit Auto Show, which is where we had expected the new Jeep to be unveiled.
You are probably wondering what else could have changed with the redesign. While we don’t have a complete list of updated features, we do know Jeep intends to use more premium materials in their updated design, as well as new fuel-efficient powertrain options. You have also probably noticed the old headlamp design has been replaced with a more aggressive look. Just like the current lineup, the Cherokee will be available in a number of trims, including a Trailhawk version. We aren’t expecting any major changes to the interior except for the possible Amazon Alexa support. We will have more details when the North American International Auto Show arrives in Detroit later this month.
